Urban Origami Installations by Mademoiselle Maurice

French artist Mademoiselle Maurice has expanded her “Urban Origami Installations” in the streets of Vietnam, Hong Kong and France with her “Hexagon Rainbow”. She decided to devote herself to the world of the street, an open air museum, for achieve huge urban performances and installations. Her street art is characterized by folding hundreds of origami forms in a spectrum of vivid colors, which she then applies to city facades and arranges them into different, often geometric, shapes. These positive and colorful creations transmit an emotion that everyone can appropriate in a subjective manner. Mademoiselle Maurice wants to deepen the link between individuals who form that human network which we belong and we frequent every day. Her street art  highlights the interactions between humans and their environment.
